Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, be fluent in English, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and the company website. Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates. Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order dispatch. Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports using Excel. Monitor marketplace performance and support promotional campaigns. Ensure accurate product data and compliance with marketplace guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience as an E-commerce Executive or in a similar role. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Good knowledge of MS Excel and e-commerce marketplaces. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
