Job Title: Social Media Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will develop content strategies, create engaging posts, manage online communities, and analyze performance to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage social media calendars and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, responding promptly and professionally.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Grow online communities and improve audience engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
- Strong creativity, organization, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Portfolio or examples of successful social media campaigns.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
