Design, deploy, administer, and upgrade Red Hat OpenShift (OCP 4.16+) clusters.
Manage and support Kubernetes/OpenShift platform components, including networking, storage, operators, and workloads.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD and enable automated application deployments.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.
Troubleshoot complex platform, cluster, container, and application issues.
Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and platform scalability.
Lead critical incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and platform reliability improvements.
Implement security controls, RBAC, patching, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.
Configure and manage monitoring, logging, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and OpenShift monitoring tools.
Collaborate with infrastructure, network, storage, and cloud teams to ensure seamless platform operations.
Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP 4.16+) and Kubernetes administration.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, container orchestration, and platform operations.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
Strong expertise in Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and infrastructure automation.
Experience with GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD.
Strong knowledge of Docker/Podman and containerized application environments.
Hands-on experience managing OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms in production environments.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA skills.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK.
Exposure to OpenShift deployments on VMware, AWS, Azure, OCI, or Bare Metal environments.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
