Qualification: B.Arch. / M.Arch.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts and schematic designs.
Prepare client presentations and architectural documentation.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams.
Prepare Material Palettes, Finishing Schedules, Room Books, Sanitary Fixture Schedules, Door & Window Schedules, and Tender Drawings.
Conduct site visits and provide construction support.
Ensure compliance with regional building codes and architectural standards.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Strong architectural design and presentation skills.
Good understanding of industrial project planning and execution.
Knowledge of regional building regulations and construction detailing.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
