We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead iOS Developer to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable iOS applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in modern iOS development practices, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience building high-performance applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, and Backend Engineering to deliver seamless and scalable mobile experiences.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Swift
- Hands-on experience with SwiftUI
- Deep understanding of Combine Framework
- Strong knowledge of SOLID Principles
- Expertise in Concurrency (Async/Await, GCD, Operations)
- Strong experience with MVVM Architecture
- In-depth understanding of ARC (Automatic Reference Counting)
- Experience in Performance Optimization and memory management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of iOS applications
- Architect scalable and reusable mobile solutions using modern iOS frameworks
- Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles
- Build responsive UI using SwiftUI and modern Apple frameworks
- Manage asynchronous programming using Swift Concurrency and Combine
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and app responsiveness
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend teams for feature delivery
- Ensure application quality through unit testing and best engineering practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application stability
- Drive technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of experience in iOS application development
- Proven experience leading mobile engineering teams/projects
- Strong understanding of iOS lifecycle and Apple Human Interface Guidelines
- Expertise in debugging, profiling, and memory optimization
- Experience with REST APIs and networking layers
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modular architecture
- Knowledge of XCTest and UI testing
- Familiarity with dependency injection patterns
- Experience publishing apps to the App Store
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
