Job description:
Finozol Speciality Chemicals Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Utility Operator to join our team. As a Utility Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of various utility systems, contributing to the production of high-quality chemicals, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out work assigned as instructed by the Manager Engineering and updated on work status.
2. Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment functions optimally and promptly address malfunctions.
3. Daily Monitoring and operation of Steam Boiler and Thermic Fluid Heater, Nitrogen plant, ETP plant, RO water Plant, Softener Water Plant, Process Fuel for Boiler.
4. Knowledge of boiler water testing or analysis.
- To maintain daily Log Book for Boiler and other Equipment’s
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance of boiler and utility equipment as per the schedule to extend the lifespan of utility systems and reduce downtime.
7. To check any steam leakage and report shift.
8. Emergency handling, Decision making Monitoring of startup and shutdown activity and guiding Process operators.
9. Ability to establish sound communication across different levels.
10. Routine checkup of all Utility Equipment and machineries Like Steam boiler, Nitrogen plant, thermic Fluid Heater and mounting, auxiliary like BFP, All draught, Vibration, Pressure, Temperature, lubrication oiling and Greasing.
11. Aware of Equipment instrumentations like Alarms, Cut-off switches, Level Indicators, RTD, Mobery Level Gauges, Sequence controllers’ operations, Pressure Switches, Control Valves, Solenoid Valves, and Equipment
12. Knowledge of permit issues and closure.

Qualifications:
1. ITI or diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in utility operations is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Utility Operator in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
3. Knowledge of utility systems, including boilers, chillers etc.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in basic computer applications for data logging and reporting.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
