The Export Division Executive is responsible for developing and managing international sales, identifying new overseas markets, maintaining relationships with international distributors and customers, handling export documentation, and ensuring timely execution of export orders while complying with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
* Generate export sales through distributors, dealers, and direct customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients.
* Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
* Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely shipment.
* Prepare and verify export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and other shipping documents.
* Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade policies.
* Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping companies.
* Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual business meetings.
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends in target countries.
* Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
* Prepare sales reports, export forecasts, and customer feedback reports.
Experience
* 3–7 years of experience in International Sales or Export Business Development.
* Experience in handling export documentation and overseas customers.
* Experience in the agricultural machinery or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Skills Required
* Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, LC, and international payment methods.
* Familiarity with international shipping and logistics.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software.
* Ability to travel internationally when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
