Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Lead Generation Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with organizational sales and revenue objectives.
- Identify and optimize lead acquisition channels, including telemarketing, email campaigns, events, referrals, partnerships, and digital platforms.
- Define and continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas to improve targeting and conversion rates.
- Manage and allocate lead generation budgets effectively to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
2. Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization
- Plan, launch, and monitor multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to create compelling lead magnets, case studies, brochures, presentations, and outreach materials.
- Design and implement lead scoring frameworks to prioritize high-quality prospects.
- Develop lead nurturing workflows to improve engagement and accelerate movement through the sales funnel.
- Ensure seamless integration and tracking across all lead generation sources.
3. Team Leadership & Process Excellence
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Telemarketing Executives and Lead Generation Specialists.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between Marketing and Sales teams, including MQL and SQL definitions.
- Monitor team productivity, conduct performance reviews, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify process bottlenecks and streamline workflows to enhance lead conversion efficiency.
4. CRM, Analytics & Reporting
- Oversee the effective utilization and maintenance of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness.
- Forecast lead generation performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure accurate lead attribution and ROI measurement across all channels.
- Leverage analytics to drive data-backed decisions and optimize marketing investments.
