Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive membership sales, generate leads, build partnerships, and support business growth initiatives for the fitness centre. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, relationship-building abilities, and an understanding of the fitness and wellness industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesMembership Sales & Lead Generation
- Generate new leads through direct marketing, referrals, corporate outreach, and local promotions.
- Convert inquiries into memberships through consultations and follow-ups.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Corporate & Partnership Development
- Identify and build partnerships with corporates, schools, colleges, and community groups.
- Develop corporate wellness programs and membership tie-ups.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with brands and local businesses.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing members.
- Follow up on membership renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with operations for service improvement.
Market Research & Business Expansion
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify business growth opportunities.
- Support market expansion strategies and new service launches.
- Monitor local fitness market trends.
Events & Promotions
- Coordinate promotional events, fitness camps, and outreach activities.
- Participate in exhibitions and community engagement programs to increase visibility.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain lead and sales records in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest improvement strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or fitness membership sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
