Key Responsibilities :-
- Understand & analyze client business requirements
- Support pre-sales activities including proposals, estimations, and solution discussions
- Prepare and maintain BRD / FRD & requirement documentation
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers
- Manage client communication, feedback, & change requests
- Support project planning, execution, & delivery tracking
Required Qualifications :-
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (IT/Software Projects)
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation
- Good understanding of SDLC and business workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Skills :-
- Experience in IT services, web & mobile app development
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel, CRM tools
- Basic understanding of web technologies and application workflows
