Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage confidential information with professionalism. The role requires exceptional coordination, multitasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or escalating as appropriate.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, meeting minutes (MoM), and business documents.
- Draft professional emails, letters, proposals, and other official communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and important business documents.
- Track action items and ensure timely completion of commitments made by the Director.
- Organize conferences, events, client meetings, and business visits.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and administrative documentation.
- Maintain office records and support the Director with day-to-day operational activities.
- Act as a communication bridge between the Director and various teams.
- Assist in preparing business reviews, dashboards, and management reports.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Director.

- Comfortable preparing reports, presentations, and MIS.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary supporting senior leadership.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Flexible to work beyond regular office hours whenever required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
