Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person)
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Prepare job descriptions and job postings
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (from job posting to onboarding)
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with hiring laws and company policies
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
