a) Business Development & Brand Building – Developing the Digital Presence across all Communication Channels for the Brand as well as for the specific Projects. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
b) Designing, overseeing, and driving the Lead generation process for the projects authenticating with the data-proven success
c) Developing and Monitoring ensuring the Budget and ROI is in line with the propositions across all the approved campaigns
d) Preparing Business Contracts as and when required to work with outsourced agencies ensuring adherence to law-established rules in sync with the Legal Team
e) Collaborating with different talents like Content Writers, Video Creators, designers, Web developers, etc.
f) Develop entry-level candidates to Leaders leading campaigns across multiple channels.
g) Analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customers across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
2) Day-to-Day Functions
a) Developing the Process, Systems, and Presentations maintaining them for ready reference
b) Campaign / Event wise populating MIS Records
c) Developing interesting ways to keep customers interacting across channels
Required Skill Sets
1. More than 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
2. Practical knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
4. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
5. Familiar with financial planning and strategies to be able to develop effective budgets
