Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Admission Officer to drive student admissions, counsel prospective students, and achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills, with prior experience in EdTech, educational institutions, banking sales, insurance, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from prospective students through calls, walk-ins, website leads, and social media platforms.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and student interactions in CRM/software.
- Organize admission drives, seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and educational consultants.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in Admissions, Educational Counseling, EdTech Sales, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with proven sales or admission conversion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
