Job Title: Civil Engineer – Residential Projects
Location: Delhi-NCR (Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute residential construction projects across Delhi-NCR. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, and coordination with contractors and consultants to ensure timely delivery of high-quality residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites (independent houses, villas)
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and local authority guidelines (DDA/GNIDA/HUDA, etc.)
- Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors
- Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship
- Manage site labor, subcontractors, and vendors efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
- Handle site inspections and approvals from local authorities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2–6 years of experience in residential construction projects
- Good understanding of RCC work, finishing, and site execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Delhi-NCR residential projects
- Knowledge of local building by-laws and approval processes

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
