Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and supervise construction projects from foundation to final handover.
- Manage multiple construction sites simultaneously while ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion reports.
- Monitor project budgets and control construction costs.
- Prepare BOQs, material planning, and procurement schedules.
- Ensure safety standards and statutory compliance at all project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare weekly progress reports with photographs.
- Identify project risks and provide practical solutions to avoid delays.
- Coordinate utility works including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered within quality, budget, and timeline targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. Civil).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Experience in industrial buildings, hospitals, commercial buildings, or institutional projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, steel structures, finishing works, waterproofing, MEP coordination, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (preferred), Microsoft Excel, and project documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
