Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and assisting customers with queries or issues. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close sales or schedule appointments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team if required.
- Follow communication scripts and adhere to company guidelines.
- Provide accurate information and maintain a professional tone.
Job Requirements:
- Experience required- minimum 2 years in telecalling or customer service
- Education Qualification : Graduation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be soft spoken
- Fluency in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
