The Sr. Billing & Planning Engineer (Manager) is responsible for managing project planning, scheduling, client billing, subcontractor billing, progress monitoring, cost control, project reporting, and coordination to ensure timely execution of EPC, Industrial, and Infrastructure projects. The role focuses on achieving project milestones, maximizing billing realization, controlling project delays, and supporting commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare and maintain the Project Master Schedule.
- Develop Baseline, Target, and Recovery Schedules.
- Prepare detailed Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 schedules.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
- Update weekly and monthly project schedules.
- Identify schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions.
2. Billing Management
- Prepare Client RA Bills.
- Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills as per contract.
- Verify measurements before billing.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for billing approvals.
- Coordinate with client representatives for bill certification.
- Track certification and payment status.
- Resolve billing-related queries and discrepancies.
3. Subcontractor Billing
- Verify subcontractor measurements.
- Prepare subcontractor RA bills.
- Verify work completion against BOQ.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and QS team.
- Ensure timely processing of subcontractor payments.
4. Quantity Survey & BOQ Management
- Verify executed quantities.
- Maintain BOQ reconciliation.
- Track quantity variations.
- Prepare quantity reconciliation reports.
- Monitor quantity overruns and underruns.
5. Project Monitoring
Monitor:
- Civil Progress
- Structural Steel Progress
- Mechanical Installation

Prepare:
- Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Weekly Progress Reports (WPR)

6. Cost Control
- Monitor project cost against budget.
- Prepare Cost vs Budget reports.
- Track productivity and resource utilization.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor material consumption and wastage.
7. Delay Analysis
- Analyze project delays.
- Identify critical path activities.
- Prepare delay analysis reports.
- Recommend mitigation and recovery plans.
- Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
8. Contract Management
- Review contract conditions.
- Interpret commercial clauses.
- Track contractual milestones.
- Maintain variation order records.
- Assist in claim preparation and management.
9. Project Coordination

Educational QualificationsEssential
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

- Project Management Certification (PMP – Preferred)
Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in EPC, Industrial, Infrastructure, Power, or Construction Projects.
- Minimum 3 years in a senior planning or billing role.
- Experience in industrial plant, factory, warehouse, pharmaceutical, and infrastructure projects is preferred.

- Escalate commercial and scheduling risks to senior management.
Working Conditions
- Based at Adis & Nemobs Project, Bhuj, Gujarat.
- Frequent coordination with project sites, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Willingness to work extended hours to meet project deadlines and billing cycles.
- Regular site visits for progress verification, quantity measurement, and coordination.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
