Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Solar Site Engineer to oversee the installation, execution, and commissioning of solar projects at site locations. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with teams, and completing projects within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise solar installation including mounting structures, modules, inverters, and cabling.
Ensure site work is executed as per design drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and installation teams for smooth execution.
Conduct site surveys, feasibility checks, and prepare technical reports.
Monitor daily project progress and maintain work schedules and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
Handle testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar systems.
Verify system performance and support handover to clients.
Maintain material inventory and ensure proper utilization at site.
Provide technical guidance to technicians and subcontractors.
Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Renewable Energy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
