Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all dispatch activities and ensure timely loading of finished goods.
- Verify dispatch orders, quantities, sizes, and product specifications before loading.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth dispatch planning.
- Ensure correct packing, labeling, and documentation of all outgoing materials.
- Allocate loading work to labour and monitor loading/unloading operations.
- Ensure vehicles are loaded safely and efficiently to avoid damage during transit.
- Maintain dispatch registers, loading records, and vehicle movement logs.
- Check material condition before dispatch and report any damage or shortages.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed wherever applicable.
- Monitor stock movement and assist in periodic stock verification.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the dispatch area.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, forklifts, and loading equipment.
- Coordinate with transporters regarding vehicle availability and dispatch schedules.
- Resolve day-to-day dispatch issues and escalate major concerns to management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
