We are onboarding passionate, knowledgeable, and student-focused Experienced faculty members to teach Classes 11th & 12th (Mathematics & Science). The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to guide students toward academic excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver engaging classroom sessions for Classes 11th & 12th.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practice sheets.
Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Monitor student performance and provide academic guidance.
Maintain attendance, test records, and student progress reports.
Motivate students and create a positive learning environment.
Coordinate with the Academic Head regarding curriculum planning and student performance.
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training programs.
Follow the institute's academic standards and code of conduct.
ELIGIBILITY:
IIT Graduate /Master's degree in the relevant subject/Ph.D.
Prior teaching experience for Classes 11th & 12th is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify concepts and engage students effectively.

Student mentoring and counselling ability.
Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (preferred).
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools, including Google Forms, and Google Drive ,Google Meet, Zoom, Pen-Pad.
