As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities in the industrial filtration market. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products sales growth and market expansion.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market segments, and emerging trends in the industrial filtration industry.
· Evaluate market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop targeted business development strategies.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
· Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry associations.
· Qualify leads and opportunities based on customer requirements, project scope, and potential fit with our products and services.
3. Relationship Building and Networking:
· Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts and industries.
· Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional network and promote company visibility.
4. Solution Selling and Consultative Approach:
· Understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points related to industrial filtration applications.
· Present our products and services as solutions to address customer requirements, emphasizing value proposition and differentiation.
5. Proposal Development and Presentation:
· Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and sales, to develop customized solutions and address customer requirements.
6. Sales Pipeline Management:
· Manage the sales pipeline, track sales opportunities, and update CRM systems with relevant information and activities.
· Monitor progress against sales targets and take proactive steps to meet or exceed sales objectives.
7. Customer Relationship Management:
· Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Experience: 3 to 10 years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and site visits.
- Strong understanding of industrial filtration systems, applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish rapport with customers, and close sales deals.
- Results-driven mind-set with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
