Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of printers and scanners
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in printers
- Repair and maintenance of laser, inkjet, and network printers
- Cartridge replacement and preventive maintenance
- Handling customer complaints and providing technical support
- Managing printer networking and connectivity issues
- Maintaining service reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of printer hardware and networking
- Experience in printer troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to handle field/service support work
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate in relevant field preferred
