Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your **manufacturing leadership** expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a **dedicated and dynamic** team of professionals, driving innovation and excellence.
You'll play a pivotal role in leading and managing the manufacturing activities of our site while ensuring cohesion within a matrix organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with internal teams like Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Support Functions, as well as external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, and statutory bodies, to ensure seamless operations and compliance with company policies.
You’ll specifically take care of deploying best practices for achieving world-class production and quality management, but also fostering a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees.
We’ll look to you for:
Leading and managing site manufacturing activities while maintaining site cohesion within a matrix organization.
Representing Alstom at the local level and maintaining constructive relations with social partners.
Ensuring compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and Alstom’s Code of Ethics.
Driving continuous improvement through the deployment of Alstom Performance Systems (APSYS), lean manufacturing, and best-in-class supply chain operations.
Providing proactive support to projects to consistently achieve QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments.
Coaching and developing employees, ensuring succession planning for key roles and fostering career growth for high-potential team members.
Implementing digital transformation practices aligned with Industry 4.0.
Managing risks, optimizing resources, and ensuring manpower efficiency targets are achieved.

A full-time BE/ME in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Significant industrial experience, with 20–24 years in manufacturing or industrial management.
Experience in QMS (Quality Management Systems), EMS (Environmental Management Systems), and industrial safety practices.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and their application in day-to-day operations.
Familiarity with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical products, railway industry norms, and certifications (an asset).
Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and decision-making abilities.
Proven ability to manage teams in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
Data-driven mindset with courage, rigor, and a customer-oriented approach.
