SVMPL Silico Manganese Industries is seeking an experienced Part-Time Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, accounting operations, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and cash flow management. The role is responsible for ensuring the company's financial health, supporting management with strategic financial insights, and maintaining compliance with statutory regulations applicable to the ferro alloys and manufacturing industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management accounts.
- Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Analyze production costs and profitability of silico manganese and ferro alloy operations.
- Provide financial recommendations to management for business growth and cost optimization.
Accounts & Taxation
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Oversee monthly and annual account closing processes.
Compliance & Internal Controls
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits.
Banking & Treasury
- Manage banking relationships and working capital facilities.
- Monitor fund flow, loan repayments, and financial commitments.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and treasury reports.
Strategic Support
- Provide financial analysis for investment decisions and expansion projects.
- Assist management in pricing, procurement, and cost-control initiatives.
- Support business planning and profitability improvement programs.
Required Qualifications
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in finance and accounts.
- Experience in manufacturing, steel, ferro alloys, or metallurgical industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, banking, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, MS Excel, and financial analysis tools.
