- Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes and instructions.
- Maintain proper mise-en-place and ensure all ingredients are ready before service.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company standards.
- Supervise and assist Commis II and III in daily tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Check the freshness of ingredients and proper storage of raw and cooked food.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Report maintenance issues and shortages to the Chef de Partie.
- Cooperate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely food preparation.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required.
