- Tea Preparation and Service: Preparing and serving a wide range of teas, including hot and cold beverages, according to customer preferences and specifications.
- Inventory Management: Managing and maintaining the stock of tea leaves, brewing equipment, and other supplies.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Training: Training other staff members on tea preparation, service, and related knowledge.
- Blend Development: Potentially creating new and innovative tea blends.
- Workspace Maintenance: Ensuring a clean and organized workspace, including tableware and equipment.
- Cultural Ambassadorship: Sharing knowledge about tea culture and traditions through presentations, workshops, and other events.
