Overview
This is a unique & critical role that will be responsible for managing the Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management, Program management and Employee Listening Shared Services for Gallagher Businesses globally. From Learning Administration and Lifecycle management to Content Design, Development & Maintenance, to employee surveys, performance and career management processes, this role will oversee myriad learning and talent services as well as create opportunities for new collaborations with global business units.

Responsibilities

You will be a trusted L&D and Talent Management Manager who will work in close partnership with global L&D and HR Teams on implementing & managing various L&D, Talent and Employee Listening programs/services to support business needs.

Oversee Content Development process for driving efficiencies leveraging AI and authoring tool integrations. Build capabilities for consulting, Blended learning solutions and ILT’s.

Success in this role will entail having a results-driven pragmatic mind, establish systems and processes in place, being comfortable in influencing without authority where required and being adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Provide effective Project Management to proactively identify and manage service transition opportunities ,stabilize delivery and establish standard processes.

Drive innovation & BPR (Business Process Reengineering) initiatives to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, & impact of L&D, Talent Management, and Employee Listening Shared Services and Content Development teams.

Drive capability of Program managers across L&D Global and GCOE Learning teams, build Center of Excellence and standardize the framework.
About you
Qualifications

Education-Any Graduate or Post Graduate (Bachelor degree with relevantexperience will be considered) – preference would be given to HR Specialization.

Licenses/Certificates
- Must Haves – Instructional Design/L&D Certifications, PMP
- Good to Have – Six Sigma Black/Green Belt, experience with Oracle HCM Cloud,Qualtrics, CSOD

Work Experience - 12-15yrs Years of Relevant work exp in GCC environment is a must.
