- Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, civil, and general maintenance works as required.
- Attend and resolve daily maintenance complaints and breakdowns within the defined response time.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment and systems.
- Inspect electrical panels, lighting systems, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, and other equipment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and identify faults in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Handle minor plumbing repairs, leakage rectification, sanitary fixture maintenance, and related works.
- Support HVAC technicians in basic maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare materials properly.
- Record maintenance activities, breakdowns, readings, and completed work in the required logbooks/checklists.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and permit-to-work systems.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other engineering team members for major breakdowns and maintenance activities.
- Ensure the work area is clean and safe after completing maintenance work.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
