Job summary:
We do Ecommerce business. We sell products online. We have our own websites where customers book order itself. We need such people we can check these booked orders properly.
when a customer book an order you have to call them and get that order confirmed by the customer. At that time you have to check the order details correctly. For expmple: customer name, his address, order item name and its quantity. Some time
customer placed multiple orders or book same order again . we need to check this one.
Calling Job Condition:
- Office Timing : 8:30AM To 5:30PM (WFO only NOT WFH)
- Lunch 1:30Pm to 2:10Pm
- Gazetted Holidays: No leaves except 26th Jan, Holi, Diwali, 2 Oct,15th August
- No leaves 3 Month: if you take any leave then it’s unpaid. After 3month you will get 2 leaves per month.
- 7 Days unpaid training: if person hired then converted into Paid...if rejected no pay.
- On trial period no leaves allowed
- 6 days working but sunday is also working day but week off available behalf of sunday.
- 3 month on provision period.
- Team Shuffle: if needed then we can shuffle person to another team as per the requirement.
- Salary (Rs.12000 to Rs.16000 depend on interview & experience)
Requirment:
- 12th or Graduate (Graduate Preferred)
- Operate full Computer
- Know all shortcuts of computer
- Basic Excel knowledge or Google sheet knowledge
- Internet full knowledge
- Good Typing speed
- Operate full computer without any issue.
- Good Communication skills (English fluent (average Eng mandatory).
