Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate employee documentation and maintain personnel records.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee database.
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and labor laws is preferred.
