We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Loan Telecaller to connect with potential customers, understand their financial requirements, and assist them in applying for loans. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential customers from provided leads.
- Generate new leads through cold calling.
- Explain Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, and other financial products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
- Follow up with interested customers until loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with the operations team for document collection.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Pay: ₹8,518.59 - ₹30,848.77 per month
