The Good Research Project (TGRP)

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, emotional, social, and personal concerns of students.
- Develop tailored academic advising plans to assist students in course selection, degree progression, and career planning.
- Assist in recruiting prospective students by delivering engaging presentations and participating in outreach activities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to help students develop resilience, leadership skills, and effective problem-solving strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting or similar environment.
- Strong public speaking skills for delivering presentations and leading group discussions confidently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively, empathize, and convey information clearly.
- Experience in interviewing prospective students or clients as part of the admissions or counseling process.

Eligibility:
- BSc / MSc / Pharm background
- Basic knowledge of medical research & publication
- Fluent in spoken English
- Well-versed with Excel and WhatsApp
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Based in India, ideally Nagpur
