Hiring: Sales & Operations Manager
We are hiring an experienced *Sales & Operations Manager* for a leading organization in the home furnishing/manufacturing sector. If you have a strong background in driving sales growth while managing end-to-end operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Location: Kolkata
CTC: ₹15–16 LPA
Working Hours:9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)
Working Days:Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across domestic and international markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, institutional clients, and key accounts.
* Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and analyse market trends.
* Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and product launches.
* Oversee the complete order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality teams for seamless operations.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
* Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
* Handle customer escalations related to orders, deliveries, product quality, and service.
* Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, operational dashboards, and business performance reports.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and operations teams while driving cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* 9–12 years of experience in Sales & Operations, preferably in the home furnishing, textile, manufacturing, or consumer goods industry.
* MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
* Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: Up to ₹1,700,000.00 per year
