Accounts & Finance Management
· Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
· Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.
· Monitor Accounts Receivable (Debtors) and Accounts Payable (Creditors).
· Ensure timely bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
Manufacturing Costing & Inventory Control
· Monitor product costing, job costing, and project costing.
· Analyze manufacturing costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
· Verify inventory valuation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
· Coordinate with production and stores departments for inventory reconciliation.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
· Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax compliances, and other statutory requirements.
· Handle GST reconciliations, input tax credit verification, and assessments.
· Coordinate with consultants regarding tax audits and assessments.
· Ensure compliance with Companies Act and applicable accounting standards.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
· Prepare annual budgets and monitor budget utilization.
· Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
· Support management in financial forecasting and business planning.
Audit & Internal Controls
· Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax auditors.
· Ensure implementation of robust internal controls and accounting procedures.
· Prepare audit schedules and support documentation.
Payroll & Employee Related Compliance
· Review payroll accounting entries.
· Monitor PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and other employee-related statutory compliances.
Banking & Fund Management
· Manage banking relationships and working capital requirements.
· Monitor cash flow and fund utilization.
· Handle banking documentation, loan compliance, and financial arrangements.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,746.03 per month
