Job Brief:
We are seeking a results-driven Online Sales Specialist (CNC Machine Tools) to join our dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CNC machines, proven
experience in sales, and excellent communication skills. You will support our Indian Sales Team,
helping drive sales of CNC machine tools across multiple industries.
Responsibilities:
● Engage with Indian-based customers, identify requirements, and match them with
available CNC machine inventory (virtual).
● Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored CNC machine solutions.
● Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotations.
● Negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting/exceeding sales targets.
● Provide technical support and product expertise during the sales cycle.
● Track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
● Stay updated on CNC industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field (preferred).
● Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Machine Tool Industry / Machinery / Cutting
Tools / Industrial Equipment Sales (mandatory).
● Strong technical knowledge of CNC milling, turning, grinding, and related technologies.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
● Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
