We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products and services.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales activity reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Strong listening and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable making sales calls and handling customer queries.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, MBA Freshers, or equivalent).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
