Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to support design development, drawing coordination, and project execution for residential and real estate projects. The role requires a strong understanding and ability to read, interpret, and explain all project drawings including Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interior and working drawings, while coordinating with consultants, vendors, contractors and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Read, understand and explain Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interior and all working drawings.
- Assist in preparing architectural layouts, detailed drawings and design revisions.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, landscape consultants, vendors, contractors and execution teams to ensure smooth design coordination, drawing clarifications and execution.
- Review drawings for coordination issues and ensure clash-free execution.
- Support preparation of working drawings, BOQs and design presentations.
- Visit project sites for inspections, progress reviews and drawing implementation checks.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations, approvals and project standards.
- Assist in material selection, design detailing and project coordination.
- Incorporate management, consultant and client feedback into drawings.
- Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions and records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0–3 years experience in architecture or real estate projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of SketchUp/Revit preferred).
- Ability to understand and interpret multidisciplinary drawings.
- Basic understanding of building bylaws, construction methods and execution processes.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced developer environment and manage timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
