Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure network security and data protection measures are implemented.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC support.
- Support server maintenance and infrastructure monitoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Networking, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hardware and network support.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Computer Hardware Troubleshooting
- Windows Operating Systems
- Networking Concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Routers, Switches, and Firewall Configuration
- Wi-Fi and Internet Connectivity Management
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CCTV, biometric devices, and IP telephony is a plus.
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA
- CompTIA Network+
- Microsoft Certifications (preferred)

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to IT support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
