About the Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to work directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving business problems, analyzing financial performance, and influencing strategic decisions. You will partner closely with leadership to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, improve profitability, and provide data-driven recommendations that support key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business performance across products, customers, channels, and business units.
- Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare business cases for new initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain management dashboards and KPI reports.
- Identify trends, business risks, and opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Conduct profitability analysis across products, customers, and business segments.
- Prepare Board, Investor, and Executive Management presentations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Technology, Operations, and Business teams on strategic initiatives.
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to improve business efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- CA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or FRM preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- FP&A
- Business Finance
- Corporate Strategy
- Management Consulting
- Investment Banking
- Financial Analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in financial modelling and business analysis.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in any of the following industries is preferred:
- NBFC
- FinTech
- Banking

- High-growth startups
Experience preparing Board or Investor presentations will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
