Job Description:
As a Videographer Intern, you will support our production team in capturing high-quality video footage for various projects. This role offers a valuable learning opportunity for someone passionate about video production and eager to develop their skills in a professional setting. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain insight into every aspect of video creation, from pre-production to post-production.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating video and audio equipment on location and in studio settings.
- Capture high-quality video footage that aligns with the creative vision and project objectives.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and visual style.
- Support in lighting setup, camera framing, and shot composition.
- Help organize, catalog, and manage media files during and after shoots.
- Provide input on creative concepts and ideas for future projects.
- Assist in post-production tasks, such as reviewing footage and preparing files for editing.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.
- A strong interest in videography, cinematography, and media production.
- Basic understanding of video equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear.
- Familiarity with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative on new tasks.
- Available for a full-time, on-site internship in Chennai.
