Position: Staff Nurse
Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and record patients' health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and self-care.
Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
Coordinate with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.
Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of medical equipment.
Requirements:
B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing qualification.
Valid nursing registration/license.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused attitude.
