Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Booking: Coordinate end-to-end itinerary building, flight and transport logistics, and hotel or houseboat bookings.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate rates with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), track vendor payments, and source competitive wholesale deals.
- Quality Control: Act as the ultimate safety net during travel emergencies (flight delays, supplier glitches) and resolve customer complaints.
- Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule operational staff, tour guides, and front-desk or housekeeping teams.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, monitor operational expenses, and drive profitability.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Typically 3–5 years in travel, hospitality, or tour/resort operations.
- Skills: Excellent crisis management, negotiation, team leadership, and proficiency in B2B travel portals.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred
Pay: ₹212,692.82 - ₹986,765.98 per year
