JD-CFD:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute thermal management simulations for industrial and automotive applications.
Perform HVAC system analysis and optimize airflow and heat transfer performance.
Conduct multiphase flow simulations to evaluate fluid dynamics in complex systems.
Carry out combustion simulations for engines and industrial processes to analyze efficiency and emissions.
Utilize advanced simulation tools such as ANSYS Fluent, SpaceClaim, Ansa, and STAR-CCM+ for modeling and analysis.
Interpret simulation results and provide design recommendations to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Validate simulation outcomes against experimental or benchmark data to ensure accuracy.
Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and product development.
Required Expertise
Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and combustion principles.
Proficiency in CFD tools and pre/post-processing software.
Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and deliver innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations
