About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ERPNext Functional Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client business processes, implementing ERPNext solutions, gathering requirements, providing user training, and ensuring smooth ERP operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of ERP systems and hands-on experience working with ERPNext modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business requirements and map them with ERPNext functionalities.
- Configure and implement ERPNext modules such as HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, and Manufacturing.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare functional documents, workflows, SOPs, and user manuals.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customization and issue resolution.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Perform testing and validation of ERP processes.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure successful ERP deployment and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERPNext Functional Consulting.
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext implementation and support.
- Knowledge of modules like HR, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, and Procurement.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into ERP solutions.
- Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts is an added advantage.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, or related field.
- ERPNext certification or implementation experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
