Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the application development process from concept to delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
- Implement best practices for application development.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and optimization.
- Experience in designing and implementing personalized customer experiences.
- Knowledge of data analytics and customer segmentation techniques.
- Hands-on experience in integrating Adobe Journey Optimizer with other marketing tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
