A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC ), manages computerized control systems of grinding, mixing, and pelleting processes, ensure recipe accuracy, and maintain facility safety.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems to control ingredient dosing, moisture levels, and motor loads.
- Execute daily feed production plans with manage sequencing, and maximize mill throughput.
- Track feed quality (e.g., mash feed moisture and pellet consistency) to ensure compliance with nutritional standards.
- Oversee raw material stock requirements and maintain ingredient inventory.
-Troubleshoot automation and machinery issues, handle startup/shutdown procedures, and coordinate routine maintenance.
-Track and record daily production data and operational parameters.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
