- Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, or emails, depending on the assigned process.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Graduate (Completed) with good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts as per the process requirements.
- Follow process guidelines, maintain quality standards, and achieve assigned performance targets.
