We are a successful Health Tech startup with a strong mid-scale market presence in Kolkata. We also have versatile product ranges beside that. We are now expanding our operations in Kolkata and other Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities around, and looking for sharp, highly motivated person to lead our market entry for the below softwares.
The Product Ranges:
· Medical Clinics and Hospitals management software
· AI-enabled Smart Attendance & HR management
The Role:
As a Business Developer, you will be the engine of our marketing and sales activity. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential prospects, understanding their pain points, and effectively communicating how our software can solve their business challenges by physically visiting hospitals, nursing home and other medical/para medical institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting by personal selling, emails, phone calls and digital marketing.
Needs Assessment: Conduct discovery calls to understand client workflows and identify how our software products fit their needs.
Product Demos: Deliver high-impact, tailored software demonstrations to prospective clients. Company requires calling on 10 clients per day.
Pipeline Management: Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client communications using our analytical tools.
Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and successfully close software subscription deals.
Required Skills:
· Excellent communication skills (Bengali & Hindi must , English will be plus).
· Relationship-building skills
· Knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools
· Strong understanding of the Kolkata and other City landscape.
Education :
BBA Graduate in Marketing/BCom/ BA from a reputed college in Kolkata with 2 years of experience/ MBA Intern or Freshers
Stipend provided based on experience and performance.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
