We are hiring a creative and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to create animated explainer videos, motion posters, 2D animations, and social media creatives for government, NGO, and development sector projects. The candidate should be able to independently handle projects from storyboard to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create animated explainer videos and motion graphics content
- Design 2D animations, kinetic typography, and motion creatives
- Develop storyboards and animatics
- Sync visuals with voiceovers and sound effects
- Export videos for web, social media, and broadcast formats
- Maintain organised project files and animation assets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree/Diploma in Design, Animation, Fine Arts or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in design/creative roles
- Strong portfolio (graphics, animation, video work mandatory)
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing & basic 3D tools
